Description: Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is a deeply hydrating, gel-like toner formulated with 91.3% Milk Vetch (Astragalus Membranaceus) root extract instead of purified water. This traditional Korean medicinal root, rich in minerals, flavonoids, and saponins, provides potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, strengthening the skin barrier and providing intense nourishment to the skin.
