Description : Mixsoon HCT Bubble Toner is a gentle foaming toner housed in a convenient pump-type bottle. It slowly transforms into a liquid texture upon contact with skin, allowing for a gradual and even application all over the face. Its minimalist, oil-free formula contains a soothing Jeju botanical complex, combining ingredients such as heartleaf, centella, and tea tree. These ingredients are rich in antioxidants and minerals, and are complemented by green tea leaf water and licorice.
